Judging Torturers adjourning for the pilgrimage season

Alexandria Criminal Court (2^nd Cycle), which looks into the case of the police officers who are charged with torturing “Mohammad Goma’a and his wife” , decided to pospone the hearing session to Tuesday March 9^th 2004.

          The adjournment came due to the certificate submitted by the defense attorney of the police officer Islam Henedy, by which he proves that his client “Henedy” is in Suadi Arabia to perform pilgrimage in Mecca. So that the court decided to postpone the session till the presence of the indicted police officer.
