The investigation officers in Shobra EL Khema (second) police station treat with the citizens by violence, freebooting and terrorism during stupor of law!!

 In an incident leading us to know the rate of deterioration and descent which Human Rights in Egypt reach through the action of policemen!! Association for Human Rights Legal Aid (AHRLA) received with extreme annoyance the sad news about barefaced violation and shameful for all claims of respect citizen rights and dignity in Egypt by the investigation officers in Shobra EL Khema (second) police station, because some of the investigation officers and the informers the police station trespass the citizen Mohammed Abdel Rahman Zien (75) years old and his family who consist of three sons "Gamal, Abdel Hamied, Abdel Rahman Mohammed Abdel Rahman" and four daughters "Nora, Hanaa, Do'aa, Thoma Mohammed Abdel Rahman" and the citizen Mohammed Saliem Gomaa the husband of the daughter Nora from their house which located in 7 Ali EL Kobiesy st. – Bahtiem – Shobra EL Khema – Qualubia.

 This incidents details reverted to trespassing by the investigation officers in the same police station on 16^th last July, that following outbreak fight between the brothers Gamal Mohammed Abdel Rahman, Abdel Hamied Mohammed Abdel Rahman and Abdel Rahman Mohammed Abdel Rahman – one of the is the owner of rental cafeteria under Mosttorod bridge following to Shobra EL Khema district – and the worker who collect money from people to Shobra EL Khema district in this area who called Gamel Ahmad Mansour. During this fight, the policeman "Mohammed Abdel Shakour" from investigation team in Shobra EL Khema (second) police station came with martial attack and irresponsibly fired shots which caused fright and fear among the citizens, so the brothers saw that they have no choices but escaping afraid of their lives from the threat of this frivolous officer who was in following action fabricated many lawsuits against the brothers. After that, the officers of Shobra EL Khema (second) police station detained the sisters for four days inside the police station and during this period they came under trespassing with insult and assault by whip and hands that to force them to conduct where their escaped brothers hiding. And the complainants kept in the police station all this period long without legal authority, came under all kinds of abjectness and torture before they released by AHRLA lawyers.

 Early on last Sunday 24^th September, the sisters directed toward their cafeteria place to open it but they surprised, that the officers "Mohammed Abdel Shakour", "Mohammed Fawzy" and "Mohammed Ashmawy" leads another martial attack from Shobra EL Khema (second) police station investigation affairs and with them number of soldiers and police informer, the policemen arrested the sisters without legal authority and detained them forcibly in Shobra EL Khema (second) police station, and with barefaced recklessness of law, the officer rushed into the cafeteria, damaged and broke its contents such as chairs, tables, drinks boxes, glass pots and other properties before they left their crime scene gaining disgrace and shame.

In Shobra EL Khema (second) police station, the officers and policemen alternated trespassing the sisters with insult which scratching shyness and assault on different parts in their bodies which caused break in the left arm of the complainant Do'aa Mohammed Abdel Rahman and she also attacked by abrasions, contusions and injuries in different parts in her body as well as other victims' injuries. AHRLA served the public prosecution which operated the investigation commanded with releasing the arrested girls who were released at evening on 24^th September 2006.

Early on last Monday 25^th September, Shobra EL Khema (second) police station investigation affairs carried out third martial attack to storm into this family's house and trespassing the father and his daughters by insult which scratching shyness and assault which caused severe corporality injuries, also they damaged and broke the houses' contents and arrested the father Mohammed Abdel Rahman Zien and the daughter Nora Mohammed Abdel Rahman and detained them inside Shobra EL Khema (second) police station. During AHRLA lawyers presented proclamation to public prosecution included incident events and petition of listening to the victims,  investigation team in Shobra EL Khema (second) police station came to freeboot Shobra EL Khema (second) prosecution palace, and in the watching and hearing of crowd litigants and lawyers, in front of public prosecution men eyes inside prosecution palace, they attached and kidnapped the citizen Mohammed Saliem Gomaa and dragged him along on the stairs of Shobra EL Khema (second) court, also they kidnapped Hanaa Mohammed Abdel Rahman and the officers tore her clothes and  dragged her along on the court stairs, all of this incidents were immediately after the officers knowing that the public prosecution investigates in violation and assault incident which the officer did as for the girls on Sunday 24^th September and it will demand doctor to make a checkup for the victims. 

What this family faced – who her misfortune led her to fall in those officers hands who don't adhere to sanctity and don't respect the law – as incident of indignity, insult, assault, torture, arresting and detention without legal authority are shameful infraction but scandal for Egyptian Law and International Conventions for Human Rights which Egypt signed on and became obligated national legislation for Egyptian government.

 In order to article 5 from behavior rules code of employees who charged with rescuing laws "It's not allowed for any employee from the employees who charged with rescuing laws to do any from torture works or others from sorts of severe or non-humanity treatment or punishment, or inciting on or overlooking it, also it's not allowed for any employee from the employees who charged with rescuing laws to allege with superior commands or exceptional circumstances ………. or any other cases of public emergency to warrant torture or other sorts of severe or non-humanity or insulting treatment or punishment", we are demanding from Minister of the Interior to stop and prevent those officers away from their work immediately until opening serious and fair investigation for those incidents and proclaim it to Egyptian public opinion, also we are demanding him to apologize and to issuing persuasive explanation for this rude way which police officers and policemen who work under his authority treats citizens with and their frequent passing the law, and we are demanding to promise to not molest any of those victims after they released and in any case to endure the legal responsibility of any injuries or deformities or death was happened or will happen for any of the victims.
