In the name of the international humanitarian laws and traditions
Which did the American government violate by its outrageous attack on Iraqi people,
The Association for Human Rights Legal Aid calls for the preparation for judging the responsible for this war as
war criminals
An irresponsible decision was taken by the American president, basing on the jungle law, started a non-justified war against Iraqi people.
AHRLA unites with all the rational and responsible voices call for peace and the avoidance of war consequences, is defending the Iraqi people, not defending Saddam Hussain or other Arab Rulers whose peoples are always the payers of what those rulers do and practice.
Attacking the Iraqi people with all the developed weapons that America has, and without justifications is a clear occupation aims at dominating all the power resources in the region, and revenging Europe as well. America's military attack is a flagrant violation for the people's rights and their autonomy on their lands.
AHRLA is calling all the organizations of Human Rights and the interested bodies in Egypt and the whole world to work hard on preparing for submitting the responsible for this war to trail as war criminals . Saddam Hussin also is one of them he costs his people more disasters and injustice day after day. Lands and people must not be objects of war between two different types of war criminals.
We have to unite in solidarity with Iraqi people, Iraqi children, women and men who face death in any moment and who did not committ anything to be attacked. They have been suffering already for twenty -five years.
If today is the day of discharge between two dictators, Saddam and the gambler Bush, innocents' houses and children's playgrounds should not be the scene of their battle. The International Criminal Court (ICC) should be the scene. It is the only natural place in which the world can get red of the evils of the dictators who play with the lives and souls of the innocent.
THE Association for Human Rights Legal Aid argues all the interested international institutions to stop the American outrageous attacks on Iraqi people. To achieve justice and peace in the Middle East region that suffers outrageous, flagrant attacks between the hammer of the Israeli Zionist violations and the anvil of the international American violence…
No to attacking Iraqi people.
No to violating and breaking the international laws
Yes to judging Bush and Saddam as war criminals.
