In the crime of citizen’s murder

By police’s torture.

This morning the Assiges of Alexandria stated in its open court to hear of the torture of a citizen’s law case, such torture leaded to the death of the citizen/ Ahmed Khalil Ibraheem and the accused policemen of it:

*The police lieutenant/ Adel Ismael, the chief of investigation of Algomrouk police station.

*The police major/ Yasser Yossery, the assistant of the investigation of the same police staion

*The police guardian/ Fahmy Alssayed of the forces of the same station.

*The police Guardian/Attia Alssaka of the forces of the same police station.

*The police guardian/Sobhy Abdel Moneim of the forces of the same police station.

*The police gurdian/Taha Mohammed of the forces of the same police station.

Today the Court heard of the witness for the prosecution who assured that he saw the victim hanged by a rope in circle fitted in the wall that front of the chief investigation office; The Court has ordered The General Prosecution entrusted with the criminal trail to demand attending of Dr. Refaat Hossny the head of the legal medicines and to announce the other witnesses in the session of tomorrow and it gave a permission to the lawyers of the Association for Human Rights Legal Aid to announce Mr. The minister of Interior as a responsible of the civic rights in the civic law suit that the Association adopted in the sake of the family of the victim.

It is worth mentioning that the Court has decided that continuing of hearing the law case during the 17, 18, and 19 of current May.
